DiSC is a personal development learning experience that measures preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC model.  This simple yet powerful model describes four basic styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance.

Genos Emotional Intelligence

Change Style Indicator is available in an individual report or a group report.

The Change Style Indicator measures an individual’s preferred style in approaching and addressing change.  It provides employees of all levels with insights on personal preferences for managing through change and provides a context for how those around them may perceive and respond to their preferred style.

Change Navigator is a team-based application for understanding a specific change event through a facilitated workshop.  Through exploration of the four transition stages and their accompanying emotions, strategies to navigate each stage are developed.
